Passionate about impacting abortion access in Washington, D.C.? Donating to the DC Abortion Fund is one of the best ways to support abortion seekers while you wait for the next doula application cycle.

Collective Values

Our collective is based on the principles of reproductive justice, actively working on employing an anti-racism/anti-oppression framework in the care that we provide and in the way that we operate as a group. We work to dismantle habits of white supremacy in our organizational model and in our relationship with our patients, clinic staff, and each other.

We reject transphobia and homophobia and welcome nontraditional gender expressions within the collective, and strive to elevate the voices and concerns of marginalized gender identities.

Our patients all have different identities and life circumstances that bring them to the clinics we serve, and we believe it is critical that we as a collective reflect our patients.

For these reasons, and many more, we highly encourage folks of color, folks with disabilities, and multilingual individuals to apply.

Patients

We provide doula support to patients accessing care at our partner clinics: Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington in Northeast DC and Falls Church Healthcare Center in Northern Virginia.
