The D.C. Doulas for Choice Collective met as a group for the first time last night. We are excited to get moving with our work providing abortion doula services to people in the D.C. area. In our meeting, we talked about our goals for the group (short and long term), our various skills that we bring to this work, and our passion and commitment to providing doula services for underserved people seeking a basic reproductive health care procedure: abortion.
